The marketplace explained

Several specialist recruiters on the same role

You post the role and set the reward. Recruiters who know your niche take the assignment on, qualify the candidates before submitting them, and the invoice arrives only when someone signs.

Three things that make the difference

One recruiter is rarely enough

In a normal engagement one agency works the role at a time, and the next one starts over. Here several recruiters can work the same role in parallel, each with their own network.

No cost before a result

Posting a role is free, and there is no per-seat fee. The reward is paid when the candidate is hired, so a search that goes nowhere costs you nothing.

Qualified candidates, not search results

A search gives you candidates. A match gives you the right candidate. The technology finds and ranks, the recruiter judges, and you read one motivation instead of thirty CVs blind.

How It Works

A recruiter and a colleague working an assignment

Most roles see their first candidates within a week.

From posting to hire

The same four steps whether you are hiring or recruiting for someone else.

  1. 1. Post the role

Describe the role and set the reward. Aifos drafts the ad from your description; you adjust it and publish.

  2. 2. Recruiters take it on

The assignment appears on the marketplace for recruiters in the right niche. They choose which assignments they work.

  3. 3. Candidates get qualified

The recruiter screens and motivates every candidate, with a match score against the brief as support, so the most relevant ones come first.

  4. 4. Pay when someone signs

The reward is invoiced once the candidate has accepted. The recruiter keeps most of it; we take a share of the amount.

The money in plain terms

You decide what a hire is worth, and the amount is visible to the recruiter before they take the assignment. No hidden markup and no lock-in.
