How does Recruiting Rewards work for me as a Recruiter?

You browse available job listings posted by Companies on the platform, find roles that match candidates in your network, and present qualified candidates directly through the platform. If your candidate gets hired, you earn a Reward, a percentage of the fee the Company pays. It's completely performance-based.

How much can I earn?

Accepted Answer

Your Reward is a percentage of the Placement Fee the Company has set for the role. The percentage depends on your plan: Start gives you 70%, Plus gives you 75% and Pro gives you 80%. Since the minimum Placement Fee on the platform is SEK 45,000 per candidate, your Reward starts from SEK 31,500 on the Start plan and goes up to SEK 36,000 on Pro. For senior or specialist roles where fees are higher, your Reward scales accordingly.

How and when do I get paid?

Once your candidate has been hired and the Company has paid Recruiting Rewards, we pay out your Reward within 30 days. You invoice Recruiting Rewards directly, not the Company. Make sure your invoice is sent correctly and on time, as this is required for payout to be processed.

Can I talk to the Company directly through the platform?

Yes. The platform has built-in direct messaging so you can communicate with Companies without leaving the platform. You can ask questions about the role, align on candidate requirements and follow up on presentations, all within the platform.

Can I see who the Company is before applying to a job listing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Job listings on the platform show the Company details so you know exactly who you are recruiting for before you start working on a role. Each listing also includes a recorded client meeting where Recruiting Rewards walks through the requirement profile together with the Company, so you get a deeper understanding of what the client is actually looking for, straight from the source.

How do I present a candidate?

Once you have interviewed and qualified a candidate for a specific role, and obtained their explicit consent to be presented, you submit their profile directly through the platform to the relevant job listing. The Company then reviews the presentation and responds through the platform.

How many candidates can I present per job listing?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your plan. Start allows up to 3 candidate presentations per job listing, Plus allows 5 and Pro allows 10. If you need to present more candidates for a role, upgrading your plan gives you more capacity.

Question 8

Do I need the candidate's consent before presenting them?

Accepted Answer

Yes, always. You must have the candidate's explicit consent before sharing their details via the platform. The candidate needs to know which Company and which role they are being presented for. You are fully responsible for handling candidate data in line with GDPR. Any liability arising from improper data sharing rests entirely with you as the Recruiter.

Can I work on multiple job listings at the same time?

Yes. You have unlimited access to all active job listings on the platform regardless of your subscription plan. You can work on as many roles as you like simultaneously.

What is the Creator Profile?

Accepted Answer

The Creator Profile is an optional feature available on qualifying plans that makes your profile visible to Companies on the platform. Think of it as your professional showcase: you choose exactly what to display, such as your specialisation, track record and geographic focus. Companies can discover you and see your expertise before engaging with you on a role. The profile must not contain contact details outside the platform or external links. If your qualifying subscription ends, the profile is automatically hidden and deleted within 30 days.

What happens if a candidate I placed leaves the Company within the guarantee period?

If the Company has a guarantee in place, agreed in writing before the Placement, you are responsible for presenting qualified replacement candidates within 30 days of the Company's reactivation request. If you succeed, you keep your original Reward. If you fail to present an approved replacement within 30 days, you are required to repay 100% of the original Reward. Partial repayment does not apply.

Can I recruit for Companies in other countries?

Yes. Recruiting Rewards operates across the EU and you can work on job listings in multiple countries. Make sure you comply with applicable local laws for recruitment in the relevant country.

What if I think a payout is wrong or missing?

Report it in writing to contact@recruitingrewards.com within 60 days of the date the payout was due. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

How do subscriptions work, and what does it cost?

There are three plans: Start is free with 70% reward share and up to 3 candidates per job listing. Plus is 495 SEK per seat per month (billed monthly over a 12-month contract) with 75% reward share, up to 5 candidates per job, and 24h early access to new listings. Pro is 745 SEK per seat per month (billed monthly over a 12-month contract) with 80% reward share, up to 10 candidates per job, 24h early access and Creator Profile. All paid plans are billed monthly over a 12-month contract with automatic renewal. Current details are always listed on the platform.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancel via the platform settings or by contacting support. Cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days before your next billing period to avoid being charged for a further period. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current period. No refunds are issued for the current period unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You post a job listing on the platform with a description of the role and the fee you are willing to pay upon a successful hire. Registered Recruiters then present qualified candidates directly to you through the platform. The platform is free for Companies: no upfront costs, no subscription and no per-user licences. You only pay when you hire. You reach 200+ recruiters from day one.

What does it cost?

There is no cost to post a job listing or receive candidate presentations. You only pay a Placement Fee when you sign an employment agreement with a candidate presented via the platform. The minimum fee is SEK 45,000 per candidate. You set the fee yourself when creating the listing: the higher the fee, the more attractive it is to Recruiters.

Can we communicate with Recruiters through the platform?

Yes. The platform has built-in direct messaging so you can communicate with Recruiters without leaving the platform. You can ask follow-up questions, request more information about candidates and align on next steps, all within the platform.

How do we receive candidates?

Accepted Answer

Candidate presentations arrive directly in your job listing dashboard. Each presentation includes the Recruiter's assessment, the candidate's profile and an AI match against your requirement profile. Every candidate is scored by AI before a Recruiter is even allowed to submit them, and as a rule the presentation is also reviewed by our team before it becomes visible to you. You can review, respond and update candidate status all in one place with real-time tracking.

What is the recorded client meeting included in job listings?

When you create a job listing on Recruiting Rewards, we record a client meeting where our team walks through the requirement profile together with you. This recording is attached to your listing and made available to all Recruiters working on the role, so they understand exactly what you are looking for, in your own words, before they start sourcing. This means better-matched candidates and less back-and-forth.

When exactly do we have to pay?

The Placement Fee invoice must be paid within 14 days of a signed employment agreement with a presented candidate. You pay nothing upfront: payment is always triggered by a successful hire.

What if we already knew the candidate?

Accepted Answer

If you believe a candidate already existed in your pipeline, you can dispute the Placement Fee, but you must prove it. You need to provide written documentation, such as emails, CRM logs or comparable traceable records, showing active dialogue about the specific advertised role, with that contact having occurred within 30 days before the candidate was presented via the platform. Without sufficient proof, the full Placement Fee applies. Recruiting Rewards makes the final determination.

What if we hire the candidate for a different role than the one advertised?

The Placement Fee still applies. If a presented candidate is hired at your company in any role within 6 months of the original presentation or the listing being archived, you are obligated to pay the agreed fee and inform Recruiting Rewards promptly.

Question 24

How do guarantees work?

Accepted Answer

A guarantee only applies if it was explicitly agreed and documented in the job listing, confirmed in writing by Recruiting Rewards support, and the Placement Fee was paid in full and on time. The scope and period are agreed on a case-by-case basis before the Placement. To invoke a guarantee, notify us within 14 days of the candidate leaving. The right to claim expires 3 months from the candidate's termination date. A valid guarantee entitles you to a replacement candidate. If no replacement is presented within the agreed timeframe, any refund arrangement is subject to separate written agreement.

Question 25

How many users can we add to our Company account?

Accepted Answer

As many as you like. There is no limit on the number of users on a Company account and no limit on how many job ads you publish. Every feature is included without a subscription, however large your team is.

Can we work with multiple Recruiters on the same role?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your job listing is visible to all registered Recruiters on the platform. Multiple Recruiters can present candidates for the same listing simultaneously, and you only pay for the candidate you actually hire.

What happens if a candidate declines our offer but we hire them later?

Accepted Answer

The Placement Fee still applies, as long as the hire happens within 6 months of the original presentation or the listing archive date, even if the candidate initially declined.

Are there any subscription costs for Companies?

No. There are no subscription costs for Companies. You get the whole platform for free: unlimited job ads, unlimited users, access to 200+ recruiters, AI screening and AI match scoring of candidates, AI-guided help writing the job ad, screening questions with a competency library, an ATS with kanban and custom pipeline stages, automated emails on stage changes, alerts in Slack or Teams, interview booking with Google or Microsoft Calendar, tests, your own candidate database, a candidate portal, direct communication, internal notes and API access. The only cost is the Placement Fee you set yourself in the listing, and you pay it only when you hire.

What happens to candidate data we receive, and are there GDPR obligations?

Yes. Candidate information received through the platform may only be used to recruit for the specific advertised role. It must not be shared with subsidiaries or third parties without written consent from both the Recruiter and the Candidate. You are responsible for handling all received data in accordance with GDPR.

Can we cancel or unpublish a job listing?

Yes. You can archive or deactivate a listing at any time via your dashboard. Note that the 6-month reporting window for presented candidates continues to run from the archive date, so if you hire a presented candidate after archiving the listing, the Placement Fee still applies.

Yes. Recruiting Rewards operates across the EU and supports recruitment in multiple countries. Job listings can be posted for roles anywhere in Europe and Recruiters from across the EU can work on them. The platform is adapted to comply with local laws and regulations in each market.

How does GDPR work on the platform, and who is responsible for candidate data?

Responsibility is shared based on role. Recruiters are independently responsible for obtaining a candidate's explicit consent before presenting their data via the platform: the Recruiter bears full GDPR data controller responsibility for this. Companies are responsible for handling received candidate data only for the specific recruitment purpose and in line with GDPR. Recruiting Rewards is the data controller for platform account data and acts as data processor for candidate data uploaded by Recruiters.
