Here we have collected the answers to the most common questions from both recruiters and companies. Everything from how the platform works to how you get paid or publish an assignment.

For Recruiters

  • Recruiting Rewards gives recruiters access to companies that are actively seeking candidates. As a recruiter, you can:

    • Headhunt and interview candidates – Identify and evaluate the best talents.

    • Present candidates to companies – Send recommendations via the platform.

    • Earn rewards – Get a share of the recruitment fee upon successful hire.

  • To gain access to the platform, you must apply and be approved. We will review your experience and skills before granting access.

    • Today, recruiters receive 70 percent of the fee.

    • From 2026, recruiters can receive 80–90 percent, depending on which package the company has chosen.

  • The platform gives you full visibility into every step of the recruitment process. You can:

    • See the status of your candidates and follow their progress.

    • Get direct feedback from the company about the candidates.

    • Keep all information in one place for easy follow-up.

  • Communication takes place directly via the platform's chat function.

    • Chat directly with the company and keep all communication within the platform for clarity and transparency.

    • Get quick responses and feedback from companies, making the process more efficient.

    • Avoid external tools and coordinate all dialogue directly via the platform to reduce the risk of misunderstandings.

  • Yes, you may mention the company name for recruitment purposes. However, you may not:

    • Publish ads publicly.

    • Claim that you have a direct relationship with the company.

  • Yes, you can manage multiple recruitment assignments at the same time and send candidate recommendations to different companies.

For Business

  • Recruiting Rewards is a results-oriented recruiting platform where companies gain access to a network of qualified recruiters. The process is simple:

    1. Create an account – Companies register for free and gain access to the platform.

    2. Publish a job ad – Upload the ad along with a logo and an optional video to make the position more attractive.

    3. Recruiters send candidates – Our affiliated recruiters identify and present relevant candidates.

    4. Choose the best candidate – The company evaluates and hires the most suitable candidate.

  • Creating an account and posting job ads is free. Companies only pay when a recruitment is completed, based on the fee set by the company.

    From the beginning of 2026 we will introduce a SaaS model with different packages. See our price list for more information.

  • The company must set a recruitment fee when a job advertisement is created. The lowest approved fee is 45,000 SEK per recruitment, unless a specific agreement is made. Otherwise, the advertisement will not be approved.

    • Today, the recruiter receives 70 percent of the fee and Recruiting Rewards takes 30 percent.

    • From 2026, we will launch a SaaS model where recruiters can receive 80–90 percent of the fee, depending on the package.

  • Only qualified recruiters who have applied and been approved are granted access to the platform. All recruiters undergo a verification process to ensure quality and professionalism.
